I’m an analytics leader at American Express with 7+ years in data analytics and performance marketing. I’ve sat on both sides of career conversations: making my own moves, and helping teams grow through theirs.
I’m a trained coach through Coach-to-Transformation, currently working toward my ICF ACC credential. That training shapes how I work: no advice, no agenda, just sharp questions and honest reflection that lead to action.
