Your clarity starts with one honest conversation.
For when you know something needs to shift but can’t quite name what.
Coaching is a partnership.
It’s a focused, forward-looking conversation where you do the thinking and I ask the questions. You’re the expert on your own life — I’m here to help you access clarity you already have but haven’t found the space to reach yet. No advice. No agenda. Just honest reflection that leads to action.
What coaching is not
Coaching is often confused with these — here’s how it’s different.
- Therapy: Focuses on healing the past. A therapist diagnoses and treats. Coaching focuses on now and where you want to go.
- Consulting: A consultant gives you the answer. In coaching, we find your answer together — you leave with your own clarity.
- Mentoring: A mentor shares their path. A coach helps you discover yours. I won’t tell you what worked for me.
What a session looks like?
- 45 minutes, one conversation at a time, no long-term commitment required
- You set the agenda, we go where it’s most useful for you
- No guaranteed outcomes, but a genuine space for reflection and forward movement
- You’re free to pause or stop at any time, no pressure, ever
This is a confidential space. Not because a code of ethics requires it but because real reflection only happens when you feel safe to be honest. What you share here stays here, always.
Is coaching right for you?
Coaching works best when you’re ready to reflect and take ownership. It might be a good fit if you’re:
- Navigating a career transition or sitting with a big decision
- Looking for a thinking partner, not someone to tell you what to do
- Feeling stuck and not sure what’s holding you back
- Ready to be honest with yourself, even when it’s uncomfortable
Not sure if it’s the right fit? That’s okay — the intro session is exactly the right place to find out. No commitment either way.
Ready to think it through?
Just a conversation to see if this is useful for you.
