Hi, I’m Ujjwal — analytics leader, coach-in-training, and occasional digital artist.

WORK
I’m a marketing and analytics leader with 6+ years at American Express, shaping data-driven acquisition and personalisation strategies across multi-market B2C, B2B, and banking portfolios.
My work sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and decision-making — especially where measurement is messy, trade-offs are unclear, and frameworks need to scale. I’ve built approaches across offer personalisation, content strategy, cookie-less marketing, uplift modelling, experimentation, and full-funnel measurement using BigQuery, Power BI, and custom data models.
I collaborate closely with teams across marketing, product, tech, finance, and compliance to turn data into strategies that are both rigorous and practical.
COACHING
Alongside my corporate work, I’m training toward ICF certification as a coach. I’m deeply interested in how people think, decide, and grow — and how structured reflection, awareness, and accountability can unlock better outcomes for individuals and teams.
CLIMATE
I’m committed to learning and contributing in the climate and sustainability space. I’ve participated in programs with Terra.do and Azim Premji University, exploring the role of data, systems thinking, and business in driving meaningful climate action.
ART
Covid sent me back to drawing. What started as something to do became something I needed. I make digital art — mostly experimental, occasionally recognisable. Some of it lives on this site.
