About me

Created this image during Covid. It was during this time I was able to revisit art.

I’m a marketing and analytics leader with 6+ years of experience shaping data-driven acquisition and personalisation strategies across multi-market B2C, B2B, and banking portfolios at American Express.

My work sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and decision-making. I enjoy bringing clarity to open-ended problems—especially where measurement is messy, trade-offs are unclear, and frameworks are needed to scale across channels and markets. Over the years, I’ve built and applied approaches spanning offer personalisation, content strategy, cookie-less marketing, uplift modelling, experimentation, and full-funnel measurement using tools like BigQuery, Power BI, and custom data models.

I collaborate closely with teams across marketing, product, tech, finance, and compliance to translate data into strategies that are both rigorous and practical.

Alongside my corporate work, I’m currently training to become an ICF-certified coach (coach-in-training). I’m deeply interested in how people think, decide, and grow—and how structured reflection, awareness, and accountability can unlock better outcomes for individuals and teams.

I’m also committed to learning and contributing in the climate and sustainability space, and have participated in programs with Terra.do and Azim Premji University, exploring the role of data, systems thinking, and business in driving meaningful climate action.

This blog is a space where I share ideas, frameworks, and reflections on marketing, analytics, coaching, and learning—especially where structure meets ambiguity.
