I just had a fantastic 50-minute coaching session. Even though I was prepared for the reflective nature of coaching, this session delivered value far beyond my expectations. I had a packed agenda of two items, but the first ‘easy’ topic turned into a deep, full-session exploration. Ujjwal was skilled at guiding me past my initial, obvious thoughts and helped me dig for the hidden, more counterintuitive insights. It was like peeling back layers I didn’t know were there. The result was a set of truly valuable ‘aha!’ moments. It was an exceptionally productive session, and I’d highly recommend working with Ujjwal. I’m already looking forward to my next session!

What coaching taught me about being present?
This topic comes from a session I had with a peer during my first few days of coaching.

Making things, for the joy of it.
Covid sent me back to drawing. What started as something to do became something I needed.
